Terms of Service

Can accept:

  • OCs

  • Videogame OCs (FFXIV, etc.)

  • Humanoid Characters

  • Furries (limited)

  • LGBTQIA+

  • NSFW/18+ content (further discussion required)

  • Artistic Pinups

Will NOT accept:

  • IRL (people, etc.)

  • Realistic rendering

  • Robots/Mecha characters

  • Extreme detailed designs (limited or will be simplified)

  • Offensive and/or harmful imagery

  • Underaged characters in suggestive content (Will report if approached)

  • NFT (Will refuse without hesitation)

I hold the right to REFUSE and DECLINE any commission requested at any time for any reason.

General Disclosures:

  • References must be easily accessible via folders, google drive/photos, imgur or dropbox.

  • If using ingame screenshots: Please ensure that the subject is well lit in and easily visible.

  • If I cannot access the reference album/folder I will reject your commission. If delivery of references is delayed/facing issues, please inform me ASAP.

  • First come, first served until further notice. I will accept and complete commissions in the order I am approached for.

  • I will contact you when I begin working on your commission.

Payment:

  • Payment is to be sent after the prices is stated and sketch is accepted by the client.

  • Payment is required to be in CAD (Canadian Dollar).

  • Payment in Bitcoin or other crypto currencies will rejected.

  • You may pay upfront or half upon accepting the commission. Full payment must be completed before receiving the final image.

  • If payment is delayed PLEASE INFORM ME ASAP. Your piece will be completed but withheld until payment is delivered in full.

  • REFUNDS: 100% payment refund if sketch has not been started. 50% if sketch has been started and pending approval. Refunds will not be issued if sketch has been approved and the commission is near completion.

  • Tips are welcome but not mandatory. (Thank you in advance♥!)

Process:

  • Please be clear and concise on what you would like.

  • A first rough sketch will be made and provided for revision.

  • A second cleaner sketch will be provided for further revision.

  • After approval, payment must be completed before I continue.

  • WIP pieces will be sent regularly for further review on details. If too many changes are requested that drastically change the entire piece, especially if near completion, they will be rejected.

  • A final review will be provided for minor changes before delivery.

  • Upon completion I will send the file (png format) by email, google drive or otherwise if requested (Artist signature is mandatory).

  • Progress may be slow or delayed due to carpal tunnel issues.

Extra fees and Details:

  • All work will be digital in png format.

  • Scale of work, amount of details and characters will affect the time of completion.

  • Extra characters, variations, illustrated backgrounds, etc. will include extra fees.

Disclaimers:

  • I hold the right to post all work onto social media(s) w/ watermarks and artist signatures.

  • If the commissioner does not want to be tagged in posts, they must inform me.

  • Commissions ordered and completed may be used for personal banners, profile icons, headers, etc. COMMISSIONS CANNOT BE PRINTED AND/OR SOLD AS MERCH.

  • Commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint and/or sell paid work(s) as NFTs.

  • Commissioners ARE NOT given permission to NOR hold the right to feed my artwork to AI programs for replication or AI learning.

  • I hold the right to cancel a commission at any given time for whatever reason.
